MADE WITH LOVE BY...

NODO

Sara Bellinato, founder of Nodo, is a designer based in East London who combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. Fascinated by the slow process of creating entirely by hand, Sara produces unique, sustainable jewelry pieces designed for everyday use.

"As a child, I learned needlework from the talented women in my family, which sparked my fascination for crafts. Inspired by the art around me and local crafters, I decided to blend my skills in knitting and crocheting with my newfound knowledge in jewelry design. This sparked the idea of creating a collection of contemporary jewelry and textile products that embody the essence of traditional crafts. Thus, Nodo was born."

The Italian word "Nodo" translates to "knot," a motif evident in many of the weave-based designs in Sara's collections. What's particularly lovely about the name is its reference to "fare un nodo," which literally means "tying a knot"—a phrase that symbolizes remembering something important that should not be forgotten. It's a testament to the significance that special pieces of jewelry hold for us and a reminder to cherish the unique value of handmade, slow-crafted items
