How do you ship items?
Items are typically shipped directly by the makers, not us. That way we avoid delays and costs of double shipping.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of the package - shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping typically take?
Each product has a shipping tab, which will show you how long shipping will take, which is typically 3-5 days after the group order is processed.
Please note that some items are made from scratch and may take longer - this is always marked in the product description.
What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

What is your Refund policy?
