Get exclusive discounts with our buying group model.

All of our products are sold at discounted prices by pooling orders.

Here's how it works:

  • 1. Each product has a target number of orders, which unlocks a discounted 'group buying price' of up to 40% off normal retail prices.

  • 2. If you see something you like, click to 'Join the buying group' for that product, and tell us how many you would buy at the discounted price.

  • 3. If enough people 'join the buying group' by the end of a drop, the discounted price is unlocked! (Product pages show a timer to tell you how long is left before the drop ends.)

  • 4. You'll then receive an email with a payment link at the discounted price, and we'll place the group order with the maker. The maker will then make and send you your order as soon as it's ready!

  • 5. If the target isn't hit in time, we'll let you know - you can still buy the product straight at the regular price from the maker's site, if you wish :)

  • 6. This is quite a new model we're trying out... so if you run into any issues, just drop us a message and we'll try to sort it as soon as we can.

How often do you do drops

We try to do a new drop every month or so!

Why is it cheaper if the group target is hit?

When we place a bulk order, artisans can produce multiple items more efficiently, reducing their costs. This efficiency allows them to offer a discounted price, which we pass on to you.

Can I still buy something even if the target isn't hit?

Yes of course, just not on our site! You can still visit a maker's online shop and buy direct from them. You can find a link to the maker's own shop on each product page.

How do you choose what to include in each drop?

We meet with makers, visit makets, follow word of mouth and pick products that both represent our values and we think our customers will like!

How long do I have to wait to get my product?

The order will go through as soon as the target is hit, and you will receive an email telling you the order has been placed. Each item has its own 'shipping time' shown on the product page, as some goods are made from scratch just for you. If you have any questions about your order, just pop us a message on the chat box in the bottom right of this page.
