The White Mausu signature chilli oil received 2 stars at the Great Taste awards, and is fast becoming a pantry must-have. Very versatile but best drizzled on eggs or a rice bowl.

Having spent the majority of her childhood in Hong Kong, Katie liked experimenting with different Asian flavours.
